Our partners have access to a customizable dashboard back office to list all the properties they wish to sell with crypto, and all they need to do is set the properties value in Euros; our portal handles the conversion to any crypto that can be accepted as payment.

Step 2

The buyer shows interest in the property through our portal

You will automatically and instantly receive all the contacts and form messages from those interested in your properties, allowing you to begin the process of visiting the property and starting negotiations with the client directly.

Step 3

The buyer is ready to proceed with the payment

On the day of signing the deed and/or Promissory Contract of Sale (CPCV), the buyer transfers the virtual assets to a previously designated wallet, and we proceed with the conversion to fiat currency, depositing it into the seller's account.
